Features
The CPC1500 is the most robust deburring machine for small and medium size parts. If a part can fit inside the barrel, it can be deburred, polished, radiused, or descaled to specification. Once the process is set, repeatability is over 99%. That cannot be said of any other type of deburring machine. This unit is preferred in the medical industry over all other deburring machines due to its size and versatility. The aerospace industry prefers centrifugal barrel finishing over vibratory deburring machines due to controlled, precise material removal. With removable barrels, several different parts can be processed with different medias at the same time. Stop using deburring tools or deburring wheels and stop wasting time hand deburring.
The CPC1500's direct drive system utilizes motorcycle chain for durability and performance. Removable panels make it simple to access all parts of the unit for maintenance. Its 1:1 ratio allows each barrel to retain its loading position, increasing productivity and ergonomics.
Barrels are locked with a simple lid lock system unique to United's machines, ensuring parts are secure. No tools are needed. The CPC1500's barrels are made of urethane, and can be removed and loaded at a workstation, such as United's TC250. Parts and barrels can be removed in under 10 seconds. Up to 4 barrels can be loaded with parts, media, compound, and water with ease. Because the barrels are removable, replacements are easy and require no special tools.
The CPC1500 uses simple controls. Jog controls give the operator full control over the turret. United's exclusive touchscreen and PLC controls have process storage capabilities, which allow operators to quickly recall past processes to ensure consistency among all runs.
