TC250 Water Recycling Workstation

The TC250 is United’s exclusive automated recycling system. Its closed-loop system allows for efficient and clean water recycling. The automated recycling system can process 55-gallon batches multiple times per day. Through United’s automated controls, wastewater batches can be processed and recycled in under 30 minutes with minimal operator involvement. The TC250 can also be configured without a sink/workstation. With the TC250, no special connections are required. It is a self-contained, closed-loop system. When the recycling process is complete, the clean water can be reused or dumped into the drain. No special permits are required in nearly all municipalities.

Features

The TC250 features two large holding tanks, an automated pump system, and a workstation with a sink. The TC250 can process wastewater in 55-gallon batches. With simple controls and a semi-automatic system, clean water is less than half an hour away. Its closed-looped system makes it simple to set up and does not require any special permits or connections. With a stainless-steel construction and UL approved controls, the TC250 is one of the most reliable and inexpensive ways to treat and recycle wastewater.

The TC250 has a process capacity of 65 gallons. It features two 65 gallon tanks. This large capacity allows for a 20-30 minute processing time so that wastewater can be recycled in batches around the clock

The TC250 features an ultraviolet filtration system to keep water fresh & clean and ready to circulate back into your processes to further maintain the closed-loop system.

With the TC250, no special connections are required. It is a self-contained, closed-loop system. When the recycling process is complete, clean water can be added back into the system or dumped into the drain. In almost all cities, no special permits are required

The TC250 removed 99.9% of suspended and dissolved solids from wastewater, returning it to its clear natural state.
