The CPC6000 is United's newest system available. It combines the simple operation of United's other machines while offering unmatched power. Parts as long as 30" can be processed with ease and precision. Each barrel can be divided into as many as 10 compartments, providing the versatility to process a wide variety of parts. The CPC6000 can be equipped with our automated media and compound fill system as well as United's advanced media elevator.


Features


The CPC6000 is the CPC4000's larger, more powerful counterpart. This deburring machine is built to run more parts for longer cycle times with no compromises. It's built to be more automated than smaller machines and easier to use, despite its larger size.


Deburring Image The drive system in the CPC6000 is powerful and robust. It features United's signature butterfly chain design. Controlled with the same CPC system as all United machines, processes range from heavy material removal to delicate surface refinement.



Deburring Image The CPC (Computerized Process Controller) stores a large amount of process information such as: loading instructions or procedures, maximum number of parts per barrel, types and amounts for the media and compounds, and cycle time and turret RPM. The operator chooses which process to run (either by part description, part number, or process code) from the preset process screen, then simply selects either to review operating procedures or to run the process. Once "Run" has been selected process parameters such as media and water levels, turret RPM and cycle time are automatically loaded into the CPC memory and are activated by the push of a button. The system is loaded and operated to exact and consistent standards every cycle.



Deburring Image Barrels on the CPC6000 are longer and deeper than the CPC4000, offering 50% morecapacity and habing the spacer to process larger parts. The use of an injection-molded urethane liners allows the customer to replace barrel liners quickly with minimal down-time. Cradles can be fitted with dividable liners. These liners contain slots for 9 dividers which create up to 10 compartments within each barrel.



Deburring Image United's patented over-centering cam locks ensures lids are secured to barrels. This system also eliminates the need for any tools. Lids can be removed in seconds and stored in the CPC6000's lid compartment while parts are loaded and unloaded.



Deburring Image The CPC6000 can be configured into the CPC6000FA, its fully automated counterpart. It includes a media elevator as well as a media, water, and optional liquid compound fill system. It is optimized for quick process turnaround and minimal downtime. It is similar to United's CPC4000FA deburring machine.
